EXCHANGES

  1. We only accept exchange and refund within 7 days from the received date, subjected to availability of the stock with the terms below;
  2. Refund request will only be processed if the problem arises originates from our fulfillment side (exp ; manufacturing defect, wrong product/colour/size, incomplete, malfunction, etc). No refund will be entertained on buyers oversight or negligence (exp; wrong colour/size choice, change of mind, etc).
  3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Do note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
  4. Items on sale promotion and discounted merchandise including coupon code used are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. We do not accept exchanges for socks and undergarments.
  6. Products must be in its original, new condition. That is, free from marks, makeup, scuffs, odours.
  7. Products that is folded neatly in original packaging with all zips and snaps closed.
  8. Swing tags and labels are attached and undamaged.
  9. For shoe/sandal, it must include the original shoe/sandal box in good condition.
  10. If the returned products is used, damaged or do not have all the original packaging or doesn't adhere to any of the terms stated, we reserve the right to refuse your exchange request.
  11. You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchange parcels except in special circumstances. It is advisable to use a delivery service with a tracking system.
  12. Always contact us first before initiating any return/refund request.
  13. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid return authorization from us.
  14. We are only able to accept exchange for items purchased directly through our website. You can also drop by to our store for a faster exchange process.
  15. *Any exchange items that do not meet our exchange standards will be mailed back to you without an exchange.*
