EXCHANGE POLICY
At Outside Store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our exchange and return guidelines carefully:
1. Exchanges can only be made for the following reasons:
* The product received is defective (valid proof required).
* The wrong item was sent.
2. For any other reasons, customers must email us or chat with us to initiate a return request. The request will be reviewed based on the given reason, and we will assist with the return and refund process accordingly.
3. We only accept exchange and refund requests within 7 days from the received date, subject to stock availability.
4. Refund requests will only be processed if the issue originates from our fulfillment side, including:
5. Manufacturing defects
* Wrong product, color, or size
* Incomplete or malfunctioning items
* No refunds will be provided for buyer oversight or negligence, such as selecting the wrong color/size or changing one’s mind.
5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
6. Final Sale Items: Products purchased during promotions, sales, or with discount codes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
* Socks and undergarments
* Items that do not meet our return standards
7. Product Condition for Exchange:
8. Must be in original, new condition (free from marks, makeup, scuffs, or odors).
9. Folded neatly in original packaging with all zips and snaps closed.
10. Swing tags and labels must be attached and undamaged.
11. For footwear, the original shoe/sandal box must be included and in good condition.
12. If the returned product is used, damaged, missing original packaging, or does not meet our terms, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange request.
13. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees for any exchange, except in special circumstances. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking system.
14. Contact us first before initiating any return/refund request. We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior return authorization from us.
15. Exchanges are only applicable for items purchased directly from our website. Customers may also visit our physical store for a faster exchange process.
Important: Any returned items that do not meet our exchange standards will be sent back to the customer without an exchange.
