Eligible Exchanges / Returns

We only accept exchange or return requests for the following reasons, with valid proof required:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong item, color, or size sent by us

  • Incomplete or malfunctioning product received

📌 These requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order and are subject to stock availability.

Not Eligible for Exchange / Return

To ensure fairness and hygiene standards, the following are not accepted:

  • Wrong size, color, or item selected by customer

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Items purchased during sales or with any discount code (Final Sale items)

  • Socks, undergarments, and personal-wear items for hygiene reasons

  • Items that do not meet the return condition checklist below

🛑 Buyer oversight and negligence are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Condition Requirements

Returned products must:

  • Be in original, unused condition — no marks, makeup, scuffs, odors, washing, or wear

  • Be folded neatly in original packaging

  • Have all zippers, snaps closed

  • Have original swing tags and labels attached and undamaged

  • For footwear — include original shoe box in good condition

⚠️ Items that fail these checks will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Return Processing

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (except in special approved cases)

  • We highly recommend a tracked shipping method for all returns

📌 Unauthorized returned parcels may be refused.

💳 Refund Terms — Strictly Limited

Refunds are only offered when:

  • The item is out of stock
    AND

  • No suitable exchange can be provided

📌 Defects and wrong item issues will be resolved by exchange only, not refund.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank or card provider.
