: We have revived the enamel series that was previously sold exclusively at our directly managed stores with a new design. The print on the side is based on the travel diary that Booby wrote during his trip to Utah, the birthplace of CHUMS. The graphic includes memories of Zion National Park, a popular spot for its majestic nature.
About enamel:
Enamel is a material made by baking a glassy glaze onto the surface of metal. It is a composite material that combines the strengths of iron, which is strong but prone to rust, and beautiful but fragile glass, making the most of both strength and beauty. Compared to plastic containers, it is more durable and you don't have to worry about the smell of food transferring, so you can use it for a long time.
About product quality:
This product is glazed by hand, so there are individual differences in the surface finish due to the manufacturing process. The following conditions are not "product defects", so please use it with confidence.
・There may be black streaks, dots, or uneven coloring during firing.
・There are burnt marks on the underside of the edges because the piece is suspended by metal
fittings during firing. ・The cut edges of the steel plate are difficult to glaze, so the base may appear black, but the base is also enameled.

<Precautions for use>
*Do not use when filled to the brim. Use with a water level of 60-70% as a guide.
*Hot water may splash if poured immediately after boiling. Wait 15 seconds after turning off the heat before pouring.
*The surface of enamel is glassy, so it may crack if dropped or hit.
*Always use mitts or potholders.
*After use, wash with a soft sponge and wipe thoroughly with a dry cloth. Avoid using abrasives or metal scrubbing pads as they will damage the enamel surface.
*Enamel containers S | M | L cannot be stacked.
